My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing overall. The lack of reliable Wi-Fi and the inconvenience of having to drag luggage up multiple flights of stairs really put a damper on my experience. However, I did find the spa services to be outstanding, especially the massage I received, which was a highlight of my trip. On the downside, the dining options were quite overpriced for what they offered.
